The College of Education Oju, Benue State, is collaborating with the Benue State University Makurdi, to run a graduate student sheepskin programme in Education.
Provost of the College, Mr. Daniel Okwoche told newsmen in Makurdi, "All necessary agreements have got been concluded with the state university to commence a graduate student sheepskin programme in Education of this College, and this is a great news for all lovers of education.This volition also convey chance for staff of the College to upgrade their educational makings to ran into the ever-increasing modern educational demands and thereby heighten quality in the educational sector."
The Provost, who decried the mediocre state of work force and infrastructural development in the College, appealed to the state authorities to take stairway to turn around the lucks of the institution
On the accreditation of courses, Okwoche said, "We shall go on to stay thankful to the state authorities for deeming it necessary to O.K. the sum of money of N59.9 million for the accreditation of our courses, and we shall reciprocate by ensuring that all societal frailties like cultism and scrutiny malpractice are wiped out of this institution", he stated, adding that the College would make everything possible to ran into NCCE's demands for the adjacent accreditation exercise.
He then charged pupils to demo high sense of grasp to authorities for its committedness to the growing and development of the College by embracing their surveys and coming out with first-class results.
